In challenging times business owners must take time to work on their business strategies. One of the best tools is a budget, this forces you to look at your turnover, expenses, tax planning, drawings and debt servicing abilities.

being aware of all outgoings you can calculate what turnover needs to be to
cover these.
Your marketing plan may
need adjusting to achieve this.
We strongly recommend you prepare one of these if you have not already. These should be revised each 6 months as things often change.

all the systems you have in place at the moment.

Is your 2010 Provisional Tax on target??? As business patterns change so does your tax – if 2010 is trading differently to 2009 then your provisional tax obligations may be too high or too low. This can be estimated during the year to avoid paying too much or too little. Also unnecessary penalties and interest can be avoided.
